1. Why is it so cheap, is it really $40?

Customer Service: Every product is manufactured to be sold, with many distributors in between. Therefore, there is a big difference between production cost and selling price. However, we are a shopping mall that works directly with the factory. Due to special reasons, the mall closes down and the inventory needs to be handled at special prices.

2. I am in the US, can I ship there?

Customer Service: Yes, we ship worldwide now!

3. It's June 15th and I'm in Australia. If I buy now, will it arrive before Independence Day?

Customer Service: Theoretically, yes. Our logistics time is usually 5 to 15 days. The logistics are different for each region. As you know, we ship from Arizona.

4. How about after-sales service

After-sales service: We accept refunds for breakage caused by logistics and products within 30 days, as well as promptly contact our customer service for any questions you may have.
